Who we are

Stella is a partner for the creation of real estate value through design and active management: it reinterprets properties by placing the end user at the centre, enabling and managing the activities carried out there – work, exploration and learning.

The Stella team is made up of a group of professionals and a network of architects, communication, technology, finance and real estate experts.

PIETRO MARTANI

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Entrepreneur since 1999, he founded Copernico, a leading company in Italy in the field of “flexible office”, catering, corporate events. Following the sale of Copernico to the world leading IWG group, Pietro develops solutions to innovate the office real estate world for owners and companies, with a strategic partnership with Colliers and founding Stella.

VALENTINA POMATICO

EVENTS MANAGER

She comes from the world of large international events, with vast experience in the corporate, luxury and government sectors. She has worked as a Project Manager and Executive Producer for large brands on complex projects around the world, as well as having specific expertise in the field of Universal Expositions.

She works with a network of professionals with an international background and skills ranging from creativity to production and management, creating dedicated teams on each individual project.

Joins the Stella Team for the planning and coordination of events, as well as the creation of innovative formats.

ALEX OIOLI

HEAD OF SALES

Sales manager and market analysis manager for Stella, Alex has experience in real estate development in the hospitality, residential and office sectors. He is a finance expert and member of the investment committee of a SIM.

MARIA ROBERTA ALFANO

RESEARCH & CONTENT MANAGER

Stella’s Research & Content Manager, Maria Roberta has a background as a copywriter and editor (Esse Magazine) and as an author (“Gli Spazi Bianchi” published in 2022 by Dialoghi and “Stories of famous musicians for curious children and parents” published in 2023 by Promethean).

A three-year graduate in Modern Literature and a master’s degree in Arts Management at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan, she works with Stella on consultancy projects and content production, in collaboration with Eleonora Lizzul.

Her passions for creative production, project management and sustainability also translate into her hybrid role at Stella, which combines content and advisory, for the development of ad hoc concepts for each project.

FEDERICO CORRADINI

XCHANNEL MARKETING & SEMIOTICS

Semiologist and former Google employee, he devised the hybrid method of XChannel, which integrates big data with humanities disciplines to build cross-channel marketing and communication campaigns He founded XChannel in 2014, after leaving his position as Team Lead Italy at Google Ireland in Dublin. Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Communication from the Catholic University of Milan and Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication from Bocconi University, he has been involved in consumer marketing, trade marketing, and communication since 2003. In addition to Google, he worked for ten years at Colgate Palmolive and Bolton Group. For Stella, he brings to the table his skills and experience in the role of advisor on all projects.

ENRICO GOBBI

XCHANNEL HEAD OF CAMPAIGN

In the Stella project, he coordinates the team responsible for strategy, implementation, and reporting of cross-channel communication mixes with a focus on Google, YouTube, and Social Network channels. With the XChannel team, he also plans successful campaigns on audio and video streaming platforms such as Spotify, Rai Play, and Mediaset Infinity. He has been Google Ads certified for Search, Display, Video, and Shopping formats since 2018. Before becoming Head of Campaign, he held the roles of Account Manager, Big Data & Business Analyst, Creative & Campaign Manager, and finally Campaign Team Lead. He developed a passion for the advertising world during his Master’s degree in Economics and Management at the University of D’Annunzio in Pescara, where he graduated with a thesis on global branding and emotional marketing.

FRANCESCA FAROUK

XCHANNEL CONTENT TEAM LEAD

She graduated in Public Relations and Corporate Communication from the University of IULM in Milan and holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication from Bocconi University. She joined XChannel as an Account Strategist, combining her background in humanities with a strong economic culture, developing a multifaceted approach to advertising strategies. In the cross-channel communication mix, she handles media planning for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn: from defining strategic objectives, to ideating creative and textual concepts, to implementing the editorial plan and measuring results. Today she is the Content Team Lead and joins the Stella project to support the coordination of communication activities.

DAVIDE GAZZARDI

XCHANNEL COMMUNITY LEAD

He graduated in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation from the Civica Scuola Interpreti e Traduttori in Milan and holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication from Bocconi University. At XChannel, he starts with Business Development, then delves into the worlds of Google, Amazon, and social media platforms along with their respective certifications. Later, he dives into the world of marketplaces, becoming a Marketing Strategist for Italy & Spain and working on Amazon Advertising campaigns. He grows to become the Performance Marketing Team Lead and ultimately develops into the role of Community Lead. He joins the Stella project to provide organizational and operational support.

GAIA PRINCIOTTA

XCHANNEL CONTENT CREATIVE & INNOVATION

With the role of Content Creative & Innovation, Gaia is the creative mind and the center of innovation at XChannel. She combines her creativity with a growing specialization in new technologies, actively collaborating with industry experts to drive innovative projects, including the adoption and integration of advanced solutions based on artificial intelligence. She earns a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistic Sciences and Foreign Literatures from the Cattolica University of Milan, and later completes a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication at Bocconi University. She’s been always passionate about marketing, art, and sports. Gaia leads Stella in exploring the Metaverse and the WEB 3.0.

EDOARDO SANGREGORIO

XCHANNEL ACCOUNT STRATEGIST

He joins XChannel as an Account Strategist after completing a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistic Sciences and a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication at Bocconi University. Within XChannel, he handles business development, strategic planning, and implementation of cross-channel communication mixes, with a focus on Google, YouTube, and Social Network channels. Among his greatest passions: motorbikes and engines. He joins the Stella project to support the management of advertising campaigns and website optimization with a focus on SEO.

ELEONORA LIZZUL

XCHANNEL CONTENT, EDITING & PR

Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Modern Literature and a Master’s degree in Modern Philology, she also obtains a first-level Master’s degree in Publishing Professions and Products. Author of “Dante e la critica esoterica” for Divergenze Edizioni, she works on Content, Editing & PR for Prometeica, a publishing house owned by XChannel.

In addition to managing the editorial team and social communication, she interfaces with the world of PR and digital PR, UX writing, and copywriting. She oversees the creative and text-graphic aspects of campaigns with copywriting and storytelling activities for XChannel. She joins the Stella project to support the creation of textual content for blogging and articles, collaborating with Maria Roberta Alfano.
