Stella’s team consists of a group of professionals and a network of architects, commercial, communication, technology, finance and real estate experts.
PIETRO MARTANI
Entrepreneur since 1999, he founded Copernico, a leading company in Italy in the field of “flexible office”, catering, corporate events. Following the sale of Copernico to the world’s leading IWG group, Pietro develops solutions to innovate the real estate office world for owners and companies, with a strategic partnership with Colliers and founding Stella.
CAROLINE STANTE
Responsible for marketing and communication at Stella, Caroline has a background in consumer and publishing companies (Barilla and Mondadori). The passion for design and architecture find space in the management of debou.it, Caroline’s entrepreneurial activity that puts at the service of Stella the skills of styling and decor of spaces.
ALEX OIOLI
Responsible for sales and market analysis for Stella, Alex has experience in real estate development in residential and offices. He is a finance expert and member of the investment committee of a SIM.
